FWIW, I've wondered if we should remove the ldbl-96 version of rintl and
nearbyintl, also unused (again i386, x86_64, ia64, m68k all have their own
versions) - it could do with the same cleanup I did to various other
versions of rint/nearbyint, but there doesn't seem to be much point for an
unused implementation.
