[PATCH] Update sparc ULPs.


I was updating the sparc ULPs for the new tests added earlier today
and then I got curious if any ULPs have improved over the years.

And sure enough several cases have improved or have been eliminated
entirely.

Committed to master.

	* sysdeps/sparc/fpu/libm-test/ulps: Update.
