Incorrect Dikumware C++ conformance test regarding LC_MESSAGE

- Subject: Incorrect Dikumware C++ conformance test regarding LC_MESSAGE
I resently started to look at the result of the Dikumware C++
conformance test available from
<URL:http://www.dinkumware.com/conform_c.html>, and became curious
about this failed test, failing for most libraries:
The macro LC_MESSAGE is not defined in locale.h.
I had a look in my standard references, and was unable to find any
references to LC_MESSAGE. I ended up asking Dikumware, and got a
reply from P.J. Plauger informing me that this test was a mistake, and
that it is removed in the current version of their test. I thought
this fact should be documented in some public mailing list, and this
is the reason for this email.
Mr. Plauger also told me that they are currently working on a new
version of their test, and would update the web page later this year
based on the new tests. I look forward to the new test results. I
hope the results will be detailed enough for us to actuall fix the
problems in glibc this time. :)
