[updates] sybase can't run on stock glibc

problem resolved.
Tried sybase 12.5 with EBF patches, and it works on standard glibc-2.2.5,
Linux 2.4.20-rc1
sybase 12.5.0.1 can only run on redhat's glibc-2.2.5-34
