You may want to check to ensure that /tmp is mounted with "atime" first
before complaining that "atime has not changed".
I mount /tmp with the noatime option to speed up disk activities, and
"make check" failed with tst-atime.c, and had to remount /tmp with "atime"
so that the test will complete successfully.
