arches and libgcc-compat

Now that the issues with the libgcc-compat code have been worked
out through a binutils patch, it appears ppc is set on gcc 2.95.4,
3.0.x and 3.1.x in both trunk and glibc-2-2-branch. I am wondering
however how many other arches have the libgcc-compat changes in place
for building with gcc 3.1.x in both branches. The only one I could
tell was ia64. Just curious.
