make check failure

I am seeing the following make check failure on linuxppc with tonight's
glibc cvs...
GCONV_PATH=/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/iconvdata LC_ALL=C LOCPATH=/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/localedata /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/elf/ld.so.1 --library-path /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-
make[2]: *** [/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/localedata/tst-digits.out] Error 1
...with the contents of /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/localedata/tst-digits.out
cannot set locale `test7'
Anyone else seeing this?
