I have built the latest 2.2.1pre1 (plus some patches in CVS) on powerpc,
i386 and sparc32 Linux. No build problems, and all three running fine.
Used a 2.95.3CVS compiler. The i386 and sparc32 builds were using 2.4.0
kernel headers, and the powerpc build was using 2.2.18 headers.
No apparent test failures, looks good so far.
