I think you also need to rename the two test files in directory
iconvdata/testdata/.

         mv CSA_Z243.4-1985-1..UCS2 CSA_Z243.4-1985-1..UCS2BE
         mv ISO-8859-10..UCS2 ISO-8859-10..UCS2BE
