iconv_prog seg faults on the line --

module	INTERNAL		NF_Z_62-010_1973//	ISO646		2

in gconv-modules during checks.
all other alias and module lines complete without problem.

running the supplied run-iconv-test.sh.
it only fails on the first make check so i had to run it by hand to find the 
exact point of failure.  but it's constant on the conversion from internal to 
NF_Z_62-010_1973.
