changelog problem

I suppose there is an error in the following snippet of the changelog:
For convenience (and backwards compatibility) Kawa uses the type
<Scheme> (rather than <java.lang.String>) when it sees the Java
type java.lang.String, for example in the argument to an invoke.
--> <Scheme> shoudl read <String>, or am I wrong?
