Posix thread debugging

Hi !
I had problems at debugging thread-based application,using POSIX-thread.
I use Insight 6.1. Start of the application in debugger passes normally.
I do stop prorgams (Ctrl-C). Then continue.... Impression such,that one of 
threads "died"!
When i give the command "info threads", GDB do not react in any way.
How to me to adjust (configure) Insight (GDB) for debugging thread-based 
programs?
I work in Linux Mandrake 9.0
