Fw: help building for powerpc-eabi under cygwin

The problem appears to be the use of FILE_EXISTS in the enumerant in tclCmdAH.c

this is already #defined in some other header.  i changed it to FOO_FILE_EXISTS everywhere in that c file and the build
seems to work.
