Hi,
from your clue, i searched the mailing list and found some info from the below link

After making all the dlls +x, i am getting below error.
Cann't find usable main.tcl in the below paths. But there is a main.tcl file existing in one of the path.
Why i am asking this doubt is because my hardware is perfectly working on insight-5.1.1 on linux. As it is i want to use on cygwin.
Waiting for your suggations...
