Insight builds with the rest of the toolchain. Take a look at
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/
http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/
http://sources.redhat.com/insight/
You'll want to download GDB sources that include Insight and date from before December 2002,
when ARC support was dropped. Once you download GDB sources, look for gdb/config/arc. Also
read the README for build instructions.
