It is not Insight, it is GDB. Except for the fact that Insight should
be catching this error and it is not. I will add a catch in there early
next week.
I have never seen this symptom though. What is the host and target
platform you are using? The GDB target code that deals with this things
varies a lot. I know it uses ptrace...
