Unfortunately it is a Unix solution, so it requires some thought and work on
how to plug it in and we want to see what will be available elsewhere first
(I have been asking Cygwin people about this).  We may have this done OUTSIDE
the GUI.

BTW, the mechanism for passing the program output from GDB to Insight is currently 
broken, so if we decide to channel it in we will have to fix it.

Yes, the box is greyed for some reason.  Now that we all know it is an ER,
maybe we can just relax.  Or you could go after someone who knows how to
bypass that blocking.
