In theory. It's sort of like asking "Are there any machines that don't
use 8-bit bytes?"

But seriously, on a few machines (can't remember any off the top of my
head, I've used nothing but Linux for a long time) it is often preferable
to use another compiler. One could argue that you should work on improving
gcc instead...
