I just found a very nice intro to scheme programming:

   ftp://ftp.cs.indiana.edu/pub/scheme-repository/doc/pubs/intro.txt

It looks to me like an excellent introduction to programming in
Scheme, and I'd suggest including it the Guile documentation set.

Towards these ends, I just emailed the author asking him if he'd
donate his article to the FSF for inclusion.
