Yes.  But it is not the original SIOD.  SIOD itself was not R4RS at
all, but the Gimp people were able to build an even more crippled
Scheme.  It is hardly possible to write any usefull code with it.  You
can call it a Gimp-Function-Caller.  It is nothing more.
