The problem with Hypermail is that it has many bugs, but no-one
is maintaining it.

Jason Molenda <jsm@cygnus.com> thinks MHonArc would be a better
replacement for our mailing lists, but hasn't had time to investigate
it.  Somebody probably should ...

Note that MHonArc is written in perl.  Re-writing it in Scheme
may be useful.  See http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/mhonarc.html.
