guile-core and new automake.


It seems to me that today's snapshot had trouble with automake failing
to generate dependencies for files, i.e., Makefile entries of the
form:

   alist.o:  alist.c alist.h alist.x ...

As distributed, these lines are missing.  Enabling maintainer mode and
running automake1.2 failed to fix the problem.  I'm looking for
automake 1.3 now since the ChangeLog indicates that upgrade was done a
while ago.

Anyone else had trouble with this?
