Sybase guile interface

I sent my sybase guile interface to Hal Roberts a day or two ago.
Whether Hal decides to build a more complete DB package or not, I just
wanted the list to know that the interface is available.

I think it does make sense to build a complete DB interface that
supports mutliple back ends.  The scheme level interface to the
various back ends should be as uniform as possible.

Even though I use this code at work, my employer has signed papers,
so the code can be redistributed under GPL.
