I started looking at supporting TLS in rr:
https://github.com/mozilla/rr/issues/146

To do this one must implement the proc service API.
However, proc_service.h isn't apparently installed by glibc
(I couldn't find it in the relevant devel packages on my
fedora system)

I see that gdb just copies the entire text into its own file.
I suppose I will do the same.
However I think it would be handy if glibc installed this file.
