The LSB core test T.c_iflag and T.tcgetattr was failed which is reported on
https://lsbbugs.linuxfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3033#c15
and the patch on
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/glibc.git/tree/glibc-fedora-linux-tcsetattr.patch
can fix the problem.
So what about this patch.
