No release branch before 2.17 is maintained. See
<https://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Release>. Most of the main glibc
developers were not significantly involved in 2010 and have no interest in
issues with 2010-era sources. Build and documentation improvements
generally go on master only, and a great many have gone in from 2012
onwards. If you have build issues with current sources I advise raising
them on the libc-help mailing list; glibc-bugs is primarily for messages
from Bugzilla.
