Pravin,

Actually, though, mentioned as a language group, Rajasthani is one language for
which demand is to be considered as an 8th schedule language of india.

So, can be considered as a locale as some institutions think like this:

"Today, however, Sahitya Akademi, National Academy of Letters and University
Grants Commission recognise it as a distinct language."

So can be considered if standard Rajasthani is used.
