IPv6 name server support is currently broken in various way:
- The resolver doesn't work at all with 1 IPv6 nameserver configured in
resolv.conf and options rotate
- The resolver doesn't fall back to secondary name server or retry, when first
is one is IPv6 and unreachable
- Every second lookup fails with 2 or more IPv6 nameservers configured in
resolv.conf and options rotate, every second lookup fails.
