Summary: Run `git gc --aggressive' in the official public
repository
Product: glibc
Version: unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: admin
AssignedTo: roland@gnu.org
ReportedBy: mfwitten@gmail.com
Please run `git gc --aggressive' in the official public repo from which
everybody clones.
After cloning the glibc git repository, I ran `git gc --aggressive', which was
able to save 10MiB; also, the newly packed object database should allow for
some git operations to run faster.
Come on. Just do it.
