prune_cache() can be called twice in parallel on the same database with of
course devastating effects: the call in invalidate_cache() is protected with
prune_lock, but nscd_run_prune() does not actually hold this lock during
prune_cache().
This happens commonly e.g. on notebooks roaming between wireless networks
(NetworkManager invalidates the hosts cache).
Patch to follow, introducing new lock prune_run_lock to guard prune_cache() calls.
