/usr/include/features.h makes a bit clear, but I do not think that users are
required to read the header files, and anyway, this doesn't give much
information about what is reserved exactly. IMHO, the list of reserved
identifiers due to these extensions should be given somewhere in the manual
(e.g., Section 1.2.4 SVID is a bit short!). It could be a reference to an
external document.
