- Reply-to: sourceware-bugzilla at sourceware dot org
The ether_line() function in the glibc only stops the parsing of the first
argument when it finds a '\0' char, and not when it finds '\n' char.
This differs from the BSD implementation which stops on both '\0' and '\n'
(tested on OpenBSD, FreeBSD and NetBSD). Note that this function is originally
a BSD function, so it is important to have the same behaviour.
