[Bug manual/3629] New: stpcpy description in string.texi refers to MS-DOG instead of MS-DOS.

This function is not part of the ISO or POSIX standards, and is not
customary on Unix systems, but we did not invent it either. Perhaps it
comes from MS-DOG.

MS-DOS is more appropriate for a technical manual.
