I have checked CVS. vi_VN (rev 1.7) differs from the attached vi_VN:
- r1.7 is older (2001-01-29 while this vi_VN is 2004-01-09)
- r1.7 missed some collation rules.
- one collation rule is wrong (<U1EB3> <a(>;<HOK>;<CAP>;IGNORE instead of
<U1EB2> <a(>;<HOK>;<CAP>;IGNORE)
- yesstr/yesexpr (vâng) is kind of over-honorific. the new yesstr (có) is better
- r1.7 doens't have LC_NAME, LC_ADDRESS, LC_TELEPHONE
Therefore i would like to request applying new vi_VN over r1.7
