Strip all except debug info

Hi to all,
I have a program.exe file (on Windows).
I renamed it to program.dbg and now I need strip from it all data
EXCEPT debug symbols.
I have ONLY the strip command (in my FreePascal environment I haven't
objcopy program).
How I can do this (if is possible of course)? ;)
