Hello,
The GDB 5.3 branch is scheduled to be cut some time around 4th Sept 2002
(2002-09-04-gmt). The GDB 5.3 release (drawn from that branch) will
follow shortly after. (ref: http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/schedule/).
Now is a good time to grab a current snapshot
(ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/gdb/snapshots/current/ and check that it
still configures and builds.
