Obsolete VAX

Subject: Obsolete VAX

Hello,

The VAX target isn't multi-arch.  Looking at the ChangeLogs I suspect 
the last real change to this target was made in ~ '96.  So anyway, I'm 
looking to obsolete it.

If any one in the MAINTAINERS file wants to multi-arch it, feel free - multi-arching is considered obvious.  Just do it incrementally.
