[Bug breakpoints/19889] New: gFortran DLL Excel internal-error: virtual memory exhausted

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19889

            Bug ID: 19889
Summary: gFortran DLL Excel internal-error: virtual memory
                    exhausted
           Product: gdb

            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2

All files, project, and detailed explanatory PDF notes.

Found reproducible GDB bug/crash during debug of gFortran/DLL/Excel Add-In
project. GBD exits with: internal-error: virtual memory exhausted, etc.

This appears to happen ONLY with breakpoints, under certain conditions (see
attached for detailed discussion).

The code actually runs perfectly well, it is only during GDB
breakpoints/stepping that the crash occurs.

This does not appear to be related to old/existing GDB bugs with similar
descriptions.

The details are somewhat involved. I could not see how to present all that
information directly on this page. So, I have produced a "test suite" with all
the required source and compiled code, and detailed directions/discussions of
the crashes. I have uploaded a file called CB_GDB_Crash.zip, which should
contain everything.

Please read the included file GDB Crash Bug v0i.pdf for the details.

P.S. I am new to GDB etc, and this is my first bug posting, so please forgive
any miss-steps.
