Bug ID: 16534
Summary: Python error on Solaris 11: AttributeError: 'NoneType'
object has no attribute 'pretty_printers'
Product: gdb
Version: HEAD
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: python

I've just built a 64-bit gdb 7.7 (not HEAD, but bugzilla doesn't offer 7.7 yet)
on Solaris 11.2 (both SPARC and x86). When I start it, I get a python error:
$ gdb

(gdb) quit
This doesn't change if I add an executable to debug.
