Time for some grep-fu on my historical tables.

So this bug got fixed on gdb gdb_6_0-branch and gdb HEAD some time
between 2003-09-11 07:16:02 UTC and 2003-09-13 14:00:00 UTC. And it has
stayed fixed since then, in both gdb 6.0 and gdb HEAD.
