I think will be very useful to the embedded community to have the possibility to define mem regions with alignement (width) greater than 64. Because there are embedded system, in particolar arm based, that integrate vliw memory mapped devices (with typically memories ~128 bit or more ).
I think is a small but very useful enhancement.
