I've upgraded my binutils version to 2.13.2.1, and now these failures
go away (along with failures on some other tests). On the flip side,
I can't compile all the programs in gdb.java, but never mind that for
now. :-(
But even with a new binutils, I still see the failures that Michael
sees with GCC 2.95.3 + DWARF 2. So I'm leaving the PR open for now.
