When loading an executable on PA64 any "empty" library
entries in the .dynamic section are not skipped by GDB,
whereas they are normally skipped by the dld. This causes
the error message "pa64_solib_add, unable to read shared
library path." while trying to debug the executable.
>How-To-Repeat:
Occured while trying to debug the temporary executable
src/temacs which is created during the building of
Emacs 21.2.
