gdb/52: --help doesn't reflect reality

I build gdb (apparently) with UI_OUT undefined.
In this mode, `gdb -i' is an error, since -i is not recognized.
However, `gdb --help' still lists --interpreter in its output.

I think gdb --help should only advertise options which are really
available.
