[pushed] Fix wrong prefix in py-breakpoint.exp

The prefix in test_bkpt_explicit_loc is wrong. Instead of using
with_test_prefix directly, define test_bkpt_explicit_loc with
proc_with_prefix.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gdb.python/py-breakpoint.exp (test_bkpt_explicit_loc): Define
	with proc_with_prefix, don't use with_test_prefix.
