"make TAGS" in 7.5.91 barfs because 2 files that were deleted/moved
long ago were not updated in the list of files submitted to etags.
Committed as obvious (trunk and branch).
Pierre, can we set up an ARI rule to check this kind of stuff, e.g.,
bu running "make TAGS"? It seems this target gets regularly broken
with no one paying attention for months.

* Makefile.in (HFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Remove call-cmds.h.
gdb_string.h is now in common/.
