One could apply the same reasoning to a lot of other places.
I'm happy to follow whatever rules there are,
I just require them to be applied consistently.
Maybe it should be phrased as
<-iex \"set use-deprecated-index-sections on\">
since when we say "Type <return> to continue"
we assume they know we're not asking them to type
< r e t u r n >. :-(
