Subject: FYI: fix get_compiler_info
I'm checking this in.  This is the first of a few test suite cleanups
I've been working on.

This one cleans up get_compiler_info.  Right now it is used
inconsistently -- some places pass in the executable name, some pass in
a bogus value, etc.  I removed the 'binfile' argument, since it was
never used, and fixed up all the callers.

Most of the patch was done mechanically.

Regtested on x86-64 Fedora 16.

I verified I got all the uses by looking at all the references and
filtering out the "easy" good ones, then examining the remaining few by
hand:

find . -name '*.exp' | xargs fgrep -r get_compiler_info|egrep -v '\[get_compiler_info( c[+][+]| "c[+][+]")?\]' | grep -v '[.]exp:get_compiler_info$'

(Not quite up to Jan's style, but good enough.)
