[committed] MIPS: Remove unused tdep variables


Hi,

 Committed as obvious, tdep is not referred to by these functions anywhere 
beyond initialisation.

	* mips-tdep.c (mips_pseudo_register_type): Remove tdep local 
	variable.
	(mips_eabi_push_dummy_call): Likewise.

	(mips_o64_push_dummy_call): Likewise.
