[PATCH 11/12] replace cc-with-{index,dwz} with cc-with-tweaks


This replaces cc-with-index and cc-with-dwz with a new
cc-with-tweaks script, that lets one choose dwz or the index or
both, using command-line options.

	* cc-with-index.sh, cc-with-dwz.sh: Remove.
	* cc-with-tweaks.sh: New file.
